SUBJECT: Hotel accommodation for 8th Open European Club Championships Zagreb 2020

To whom it may concern,
 

First of all I would like to extend my gratitude for choosing The Westin Zagreb Hotel as sole provider for accommodation and logistic services for the above mentioned sporting event. It is my firm believe that our collaboration will be successful and to great satisfaction for all parties involved.
 

COVID-19 pandemic has enormous impact worldwide and therefore it is impossible to predict for anybody will the situation change for better or for worse.

We, as responsible and reliable partners have taken this into our consideration and will adjust accordingly:

This letter is to inform you that HUP-Zagrebd.d.as sole owner of the Hotel and contracting party will not seek any compensations or penalty charges should the tournament in question be cancelled at any time due to pandemic situation in Croatia and Europe.
 

Hopefully this letter will be appreciated as a sign of true partnership appreciation as we at the HUP-Zagreb truly cherish our successful collaboration.
